Improve Self Discipline in 10 Days

I just wanted to talk about one of the books that has had a monumental impact on my life and will also have on your life. This book is one which will propel you to get off your ass and do stuff and feel good about it. The book is Self Discipline in 10 Days by Theodore Bryant. The book is so amazing that I can go on an on about telling you the benefits below are a few of its benefits. Ever since I read this book I have:

1)Made A Schedule and Followed It: I make a schedule now, and follow it. I have no trouble getting myself to do things on the schedule. I don't think, just do.

2) Got things done: Since reading this book, I have been getting up every single day at 6 am and going to swimming. I go to salsa classes every weekend. I now have the choice, I haven't missed a single day of swimming unless I planned it before hand. I don't feel like skipping swimming just because I feel sleepy. I get up and in a moment I'm fresh and off to a powerful start of the day. I look forward to waking up each day.

3) I don't forget: I no longer forget to do something that I promised I would do. I have a schedule and I just put it there and do it when it's to be done. I put all my friends' and family's birthdays in my phone and I just wish them on that day.

4) I now have confidence: Above all, I now focus on bigger issues.I now believe that I can actually achieve all those things that I thought were impossible. I no longer need to think about improving my time management, or "I'll never be able to do it" or 'I can't commit myself to it" I just plan it out, do it, see results.

5) See results: I see the results in my life. I believe in the cause and effect principle wherein I'm the cause and the results are the things I want to achieve. I do things and I see wonderful results. I no longer expect things to just happen without me actually doing things.

I can make a list of a hundred more things I learnt from that book. The book is so amazing that it's got the power to get you to up and going. I recommend that every person who has any problem with time management, self discipline or anything of that sort GET THAT BOOK. It will solve your problems.

You will not regret buying that book. It is Worth Every Penny that one invests in it.
